Starting TODAY (1/14/25) we are changing our return policy to a 30-DAY RISK FREE policy. The 30 days start counting once the order is delivered to your house, not once you've placed the order.

You know what else? We are including an EXTRA SHIPPING BAG (AKA poly mailer that your order is shipped in) in each order so that if you decide you want to return Stallster you don't need to go on Amazon and order a $12 pack of 100 poly mailers to ship Stallster back the most affordable way possible.

To be 100% transparent so we can continue building your trust, we will ask that you pay for the return shipping which is an expected $4 - $6 cost for the label depending on your location.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@stallster.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We warranty Stallster products against any manufacturing defects.
